  We ship products worldwide in 3 ways. Delivery time is 1-30 business days and depends on the value of the order, the specific country and address.

  1. Air Mail delivery method 15-30 business days. FREE 
  2. Express Mail Service shipping 5-15 business days.
  3. Express service DHL, TNT, FeDex and other 3-7 business days.

  Returns

  Return

  We will replace the product in case of damage in the process of transportation by the postal service. To confirm the evidence of this case, photograph the appearance of the sealed box in a damaged form, require the preparation of an act from the delivery service and provide a copy and pictures to us in the email [email protected].

  Refunds are made if the order is paid by card back to the same payer card within 3-30 days, in cases of bank transfer to the payer’s bank account.

  In case of accidental payment, you will receive payment back.

  If you have case a custom order product, we do not accept returns, but in case of damage you can contact us for help and received online technical support.

  We accept return of the purchased items in the next cases.

  • if the product has its original appearance and has not been used.
  • the product was in stock and was not made to order.
  • the buyer agrees to pay all costs associated with delivery services, and payments related to commissions shop and payment systems (payment amount can be obtained from our sales managers).
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
